Because I'm a lamer who wants to play around with clothes.

+ Elle's first priority is coverage. She has troy, she doesn't want to give people troy, and she will do whatever she can to prevent that. Thus most of her body will be roasting covered in Saudade because otherwise she will possibly infect them and that's no good (even though she's not contagious there. But she does not know that, shhhh.).
+ Her second priority is practicality. Even while wearing her long sister robe, it wasn't especially long enough that she would trip over it. In the same case, all the clothes that she chooses aren't constrictive necessarily, especially now that she's learned to fight. So, while she's been choosing things that cover more skin, she has been choosing things that also won't leave her stumbling over herself before roundhouse kicking an enemy.
+ Lastly, personal comfort. Elraine is generally reserved and very self-conscious about herself due to being raised as a Sister and, well. Being more duty-prone than anything. She likely hasn't had a lot of experience with the opposite sex either.
+ She's noted that she doesn't like a plain t-shirt and jean combination. Head canon says she does not like wearing denim for that matter.
+ Because she, herself, designed her double arts outfit, it's safe to say that she has a liking for vests and loose-fitting long shorts.
+ She has definitely picked up gloves by this point.
+ Leggings are also going to become a very good friend of hers because there is no way in hell she is just going to wear shorts.
+ She prefers having a hood. It helps for crowded areas to keep people away from touching her hair. She might have to start asking Kiri to help her keep it trimmed nice and short.
